Operational processes run for weeks and cross several people and systems. Import management, invoice reconciliation against purchase orders, customer onboarding. The systems of record hold the data at each step. People run the process between them.
Bracket rebuilds the process rather than adding agents to it. The sequence, the data, the approval gates and the exception paths are built from scratch, with agents doing the work at each step and people brought in where judgment is needed. The forward deployed engineer who would normally do that build is part of the platform.
